my vehicle broke down in Lakeside multistorey car park. My driver side door was jammed all: and everything hot. I was under a lot of distress for a couple of hours. I was back-and-forth with the insurance company trying to figure out what will happen to my car. Eventually they said my car will be taken to Copart in Rochford. My insurance company is sent out fairlight vehicles. They came very promptly. It was a pain looking for my car because the location was all wrong however driver Usman was very patient and found my vehicle he got it out in the car park. Drop me to a local bus stop so I can get home safely and took my vehicle to Copart Excellence service

Fantastic customer service, responded to me straight away and answered all my questions. Managed to replace my car key and get my car working again as it stopped due to the immobiliser. Would definitely use the services again and highly recommend.

10/10 service. My vehicle has an automatic gearbox issue. We started to smell smoke, the vehicle went into limp mode and wouldn’t drive. Luckily, I managed to get my vehicle parked on the side of the road Fairlight vehicle came to me very promptly. And recovered my vehicle home. Thank you to Usman. He was absolutely awesome, friendly, funny, had amazing conversation, very inspiring.
